Gauteng Tourism
Formulated a strategy and business development plan for the transport element of the tourist industry in Gauteng. Amongst others, the tourism transport needs of the 2010 Soccer World Cup were addressed.
Air Botswana
Detailed assessment of all African air routes in order to recommend the optimum route structure for expansion for Air Botswana.
KMIA/Mpumalanga Air
Assisted a special aviation committee, set up by the Premier of Mpumalanga, with the development of a domestic and international air access growth model for Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, near Nelspruit. We assisted with the implementation of certain elements of the model, i.e. airline and other model partner negotiations, developing and monitoring of passenger projections and route budgets, etc.

Market and financial feasibility assessment for the investment of European Union funds into the upgrade and renovation to international standards of the Livingstone Airport, Zambia.
