Service SETA-accredited training course
The two day course is aimed at equipping delegates with the necessary skills to implement and monitor BEE implementation in their workplace. The programme encourages group participation and includes practical elements to ensure that delegates leave with a working understanding of the B-BBEE codes and know how to calculate the scores for each element.
Practical group exercises are facilitated during the course program, followed by an individual assignment for completion and submission after the course. A NQF level 5 certificate of competency is issued on satisfactory completion of the assignment. Delegates who do not complete post class assignments, will receive a certificate of attendance.
As an accredited training course, the course fees are partly refundable from your SETA, and could also earn you points under the skills development section of their scorecard.
