Peermont Global
Market feasibility studies for 10 proposed hotel developments or hotel extensions at various sites in South Africa and Botswana, including the proposed expansion of the Emperor’s Palace complex near the OR Tambo International Airport. These studies included an overall economic environment assessment, market demand assessment and competitor assessment. Recommendations were made on the appropriateness of each of the developments and the most appropriate size, standard, range of facilities and concept for the hotels and other facilities.
Accor Hotel
Market and financial feasibility studies for proposed hotels in several major cities in South Africa as well as Botswana and Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
Nelson Mandela Bay International Convention Centre
Compiled a feasibility study, marketing plan and institutional structure for a proposed convention centre in Port Elizabeth.
Multi-use precinct (Jabi Lake Precinct) in Nigeria
Comprehensive feasibility study to serve as the basis for the development strategy of a multifunctional mixed use property development in the Jabi district of Abuja, Nigeria. The project incorporates residential and commercial (leisure and retail) components.
