Grant Thornton South Africa has been operating since 1920 and was originally known as Kessel Feinstein. Over the years, the firm has advanced from a traditional audit, accounting and tax practice and now offers a broad range of specialist advisory services.
Grant Thornton has a national presence with offices in the major commercial centres being Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria/Tshwane. South Africa is also a major force in the sub-Saharan Africa network, which comprises eight member firms and is ideally positioned to facilitate clients’ expansion plans in these countries.
In sub-Saharan Africa, Grant Thornton is represented is Botswana, Kenya, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Uganda and Zambia.
